Do we treat a tanned skin with our lasers and IPLs?

Now, there’s a question!

During our recent sunny weather here, some people exposed themselves to too much ultraviolet radiation – they got a tan!!

Does this mean we cannot treat them with laser and IPLs? Let’s discuss…
