Finally, I’ve caught up with Zoom!
I can now offer my training courses online in a one-to-one situation. You can ask me questions during the course whenever you like. Plus, you don’t need to have Zoom on your computer!!
I prefer to do these courses with a small group of people – no more than six. Otherwise it becomes more difficult to make sure everyone is ‘getting’ what I’m saying.
I started working in laser-tissue research in 1986 in Strathclyde University and Canniesburn Plastic Surgery and Burns Hospital, Glasgow, Scotland. Since then I have delivered training courses around the world in hospitals, clinics, universities and various other locations.
I am currently the General Secretary of the Association of Laser Safety Professionals (website) and a certificated Laser Protection Adviser. I am also the General Secretary of the UK Council for Surgical Plumes (website). I am also still researching laser-tissue interactions and how to improve current treatment protocols.

Hello, I am the operator of the Remotato laser device in Iran. In the training I received, it was mentioned that for a wavelength of 1064, the power should be set to 0.4 and the frequency to 7, with a distance of 10 centimeters between the device and the tattoo. My device is Picosure. What will happen if I change these numbers? Are these settings correct for eyebrow tattoo removal? Is the frequency correct?
