I am currently writing a series of ‘bite-sized’ booklets on various topics including laser/IPL treatments, laser safety, the technologies we use today and variouis other stuff. These will be uploaded to my new web site as, and when, they come along.
The first two are now available:
The first one is a ‘general’ introduction to lasers and IPLs in aesthetic practice.
It discusses various topics which all laser/IPL users should know.
It is only 24 pages long so doesn’t take long to read.
This is available in Spanish and Mandarin, so far. I am planning to publish it in other languages soon (once I have learned them…)
The second booklet focusses specifically on laser/IPL hair removal and discusses the various technoloiges used for this procedure.
It also explains wavelength, pulsewidth, fluence and the importance of skin cooling.
Again , it is only 24 pages long and will soon be in a number of languages.
I will be publishing more booklets in the near future. At the moment, they are free to download, but printed copies will soon be available for a small charge.
Please let me know what you think of them and also what you might want to read about.
